Inventory Specialities
Scanning
Our scanning equipment and computer software are compatible with dozens of back office programs, including Series2K, SSCS and CSS. We pride ourselves in keeping up to date and versatile. Our attention to detail and ability to analyze SKU discrepancies are second to none! We go above and beyond just providing a count file. We have tremendous experience analyzing inventory discrepancies as well as identifying errors in invoicing and price books.
SSCS
Since we strive to provide THE most accurate inventories, we were one of the first to be able to upload a date/time stamp to the SSCS system. This allows us to download sales at the end of our count and immediately see the adjustments for sales BEFORE and DURING the count.
SPECIALTY: Kristen has extensive knowledge of the inventory side of SSCS. She has provided countless hours of SSCS “tech support” for our accounts, both identifying and fixing issues to provide you with the best possible inventory results.
Series2K - AMPM's
We worked very hard with S2K to be compatible with AMPM's modified program. We, uniquely, can upload a date/time stamp for each audit entry. This makes it possible for S2K to calculate for sales BEFORE and DURING the audit for the most accurate inventory details.
Financial Audits
With decades of experience, we can provide any store accurate, affordable, detailed financial inventories. Merchandise can be grouped by as many different departments as needed I.E.: Taxable, Non-Taxable, Snacks, Cigarettes, Beer etc. We divide the stores into very small sections so that we can carefully analyze our data entries, including department, price and quantity for accuracy. We can also compare totals for each individual section of the store to the previous four audits to account for differences.
